Leire Muguira, member of MoreLab, attended the 17th International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks ? SoftCOM'09 in Split- Hvar-Korcula, technically co-sponsored by IEEE Communications Society.

She presented the paper "Interacting with the digital world through RFID-powered gadgets" obtaining the best student paper prize for her performance and contribution to the "Special Session on RFID technologies and the Internet of things" session.
