The Principal Researcher of DeustoTech-INTERNET (MORElab) Dr. Diego López-de-Ipiña visited Lincoln University, concretely the Lincoln Social Computing Research Centre (Lisc), where the PhD candidate Diego Casado Mansilla is having a 3 month long placement to complete his PhD on the topic of social behaviour changed induced by persuasive interfaces over Internet-connected objects (IoT). There, Dr. Ipiña gave a talk (http://es.slideshare.net/dipina/deustotechinternet-morelab-research-group ) about the activities of the DeustoTech-INTERNET research unit and had the chance to discover the work being done by the Lincoln team on how to promote better environmental behaviour through social networks, apps and Internet-connected objects. Hopefully, both research teams will be working on a joint proposal in upcoming H2020 calls.
