However, these devices may be severely constrained in terms of memory, CPU, and processing resources. Hence, a D2D communication with a constrained device implies new challenges as it does not have the resources required to be secured with standard cryptography. We propose lwAKE for class 0 devices (RFC 7228), which uses one-way cryptographic functions and zero-knowledge proofs to provide mutual authentication and a secure key establishment. We specify the protocol using the High Level Protocol Specification Language and then verify the security properties using the model checkers OFMC and CL-AtSe. The significance of the protocol stands in a key reuse for any successive authentication. Besides this, an adaptive control system, based on distortion signal minimization architecture, has been fabricated in order to apply the designed method. The overall system performance achieves significant improvements such as 16.7 dB on the third-order intermodulation product, measured with a 5-MHz separated two-tone signal, 15 dB on the adjacent channel leakage ratio level and 2.7 dB on the output power level, both of them obtained with UNITS test model 1 (64 channels). The maximum output control method allows fulfilling any standard linearity specification while power efficiency is maximized so the desired tradeoff between linearity and efficiency is achieved.}, language = {English}, number = {8}, journal = {Ieee Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques}, author = {Legarda, J. and Presa, J. and Hernandez, E. and Solar, H. and Mendizabal, J. and Penaranda, J. The circuit is integrated into a low cost standard two metal layer 0.8 mu m SiGe technology and is composed with class AB Gilbert cell based active mixer and differential voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). The use of a high quality balanced inductor in the VCO allows achieving a measured oscillator phase noise of -104.2 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz from the carrier. The frequency conversion is from TV standard IF to RF. The results obtained in a frequency up-conversion from 36 to 1775 MHz are: a conversion gain of -2.25 dB, a noise figure of 14.4 dB and an OIP3 value of 9.1 dBm. The core power consumption is 33 mA from 5 V power supply. (c) 2005 Elsevier Ltd. RF power amplifiers are basic components of all wireless transceivers used in the communication systems, and their efficiency directly influences on the complete communication system efficiency. It is proposed the implementation of a linearization technique like feedforward to achieve lower cost and higher efficiency amplifiers with the same linearity. First, it is shown an adjusting method for balancing the amplitude, phase and delay elements in both loops of the feedforward architecture during the prototyping. Secondly, a prototype for UMTS downlink has been developed. This implementation demonstrates that with dynamic adjustment architecture and the proposed method, the linearity level is increased outstandingly in the range of 20 to 70 C. For a two tone signal separated 5MHz the IMD3 raise is 37,5dB and for a UNITS signal (test 1-64 channels) the ACPR increase is 15dB.}, language = {English}, publisher = {Ieee}, author = {Presa, J. and Legarda, J. and Solar, H. and Melendez, J. and Munoz, A. and Garcia-Alonso, A.}, month = sep, year = {2004}, note = {WOS:000225483300531}, keywords = {3g, amplifier, feedforward, linearization, umts, wcdma}, pages = {2715--2719} }']
