MORElab participated in the 12th International Conference on Ubiquitous Computing & Ambient Intelligence (UCAmI 2018)

MORElab members Oihane Gómez-Carmona, Koldo Zabaleta and Unai Zulaika Zurimendi participated in the 12th International Conference on Ubiquitous Computing and Ambient ‪Intelligence UCAmI 2018, (IWAAL & AmIHEALTH included) held in Punta Cana, República Dominicana from 4th to 7th December 2018.

The main focus of this edition of the UCAmI Conference was Ambient Intelligence (AmI) that represents a new generation of user-centered computing environments and systems to find new ways to obtain a better integration of the information technology in everyday life devices and activities. Oihane presented the paper entitled "Multifunctional Interactive Furniture for Smart Cities". Koldo presented the paper entitled "Human Computation to Enhance E-Service Consumption among Elderlies". Lastly Unai the paper entitled "Enhancing Profile and Context Aware Relevant Food Search through Knowledge Graphs".

Additionally, Koldo participated in the Networking Session located within the Conference program, where he had the opportunity to introduce MORElab's research interests the rest of the attendances.
